Certified true copies and notary services
A certified true copy lets you use your document without handing over the original. The notary compares the copy with the original and certifies it is faithful.
It's common for passports, diplomas and corporate documents submitted abroad, and for residency files that go to several institutions at once. We book the notary appointment and, if the document is going abroad, the apostille of the copy.
We also authenticate signatures on private documents (contracts, authorization letters, sworn statements) so they can then be apostilled or legalized.

Frequently asked questions
Can a certified copy be apostilled?
Yes. The apostille certifies the signature of the notary who certified the copy. It's the usual route for passports and documents that can't be apostilled directly.
Do I need to go to the notary in person?
For copies, usually not: you just hand us the original. To authenticate your signature you must sign before the notary; we go with you, with an interpreter if needed.
