What we do

Seven services that often go together: one procedure may need a translation, an apostille and a certified copy. We coordinate them as a single order.

How it works

Every document is different, so we don't publish fixed rates. Send us your document and we reply with an exact price and turnaround, usually the same business day.

  1. Send your document

Through the form or by email, as a clear photo or scan. Tell us which country and procedure it is for.

  2. Get your quote

We confirm exactly what you need (translation, apostille, legalization), the price and the turnaround.

  3. We process it

We translate and obtain the stamps and signatures from notaries, ministries or consulates, keeping you updated.

  4. Delivery

Receive a signed PDF or the hard copy by courier, anywhere in Panama or abroad.

Languages

More than 40 languages, with particular depth in Spanish, English and Chinese. These are requested most often:

Documents from and for other countries

If the country is party to the Hague Convention, an apostille is enough. If not, consular legalization is required. We tell you the right route for each country.

How much does a certified translation or an apostille cost?

It depends on the language, the length of the document, the stamps it needs and the deadline. That's why every quote is tailored: send us the document and we reply with a fixed price, usually the same business day.

Do I need to visit an office?

No. Almost everything is done by email and courier. You only need to be present to sign before a notary (for example, a power of attorney), and we go with you.

Does my document need an apostille or consular legalization?

If both the issuing country and the country where it will be used are party to the Hague Convention, an apostille is enough. If either isn't, consular legalization is used. Check your country's page or write to us.

Are translations made abroad valid in Panama?

Many Panamanian institutions require the Spanish translation to be made by an authorized public translator in Panama. If you already have a translation from abroad, we review it and tell you whether it will be accepted.

How long does the whole process take?

A certificate translation, 1 to 2 business days. A Panamanian apostille, a few days depending on the document. An embassy legalization, days to weeks. We always give you the timeline before starting.
